One of the best things to do during the cooler fall days is to grab a hot chocolate and wander aimlessly in search of the best Halloween decorations in NYC. It would make sense that a family-friendly neighborhood like the Upper East Side (UES) would have some of the best Halloween decorations in New York City. Perhaps the only other time decorations rival this is for the holiday season in December, but even then these spooky decorators give Christmas a run for its money.
