Last week we were invited by Ivy to cover Angelys Balek Spring/Summer 2017 collection at the Highline Hotel ballroom. We were fortunate to have Priscilla Torres of “The Stylish Flaneuse” host the interviews for us, with both the designer Angelys Balek and Founder/Co-Ceo of Ivy Beri Meric.

After the presentation, which was DJ’d by Chris Liggio of Epic Records’ Lipstick Gypsy, singer (and model) Kate Nauta got the crowd moving with a special performance. Balek’s designs were complimented by the stunning historical architecture of The High Line Hotel’s Refectory, and the grand space was filled with fashion editors and writers, retail buyers, bloggers, stylists and digital fashion influencers alike.
