LOCL View (closed permanently)is newly opened pop-up bar on the 16th floor of the Arthouse Hotel New York City (formerly NYLO Hotel), an Upper West Side property for views of nearby Central Park and the American Museum of Natural History. The bar open daily to the public from 5 to 9 p.m. until the end of the summer. LOCL offers a seasonal cocktail menu and live music several nights a week.
