Yesterday we were at the International African Art Festival in Brooklyn’s Commodore Barry Park. The event started on July 1st and ends on July 4th Monday. Thanks to Bryan Henao who hosted his first FB live guest feed for us (see below).

We know most people would rather go see the Macy’s fireworks, but we encourage you to drop in before hand and experience it if you have some time prior.

The event kicks off from 3:30pm and finishes at 9pm. You can also visit their website at iaafestival.org if you want to find out more about the event.

Subway Directions: Take F or A Train to Jay St. – Transfer to Bus B62 or B57 or M, N, B, R train to Dekalb ave. | 2 or 3 train to Nevins St.

Suggested Donation is $5 Adults | $2 Children
